On this website, by checking our most current newsletter, you will find all that we offer. If you sign up for email updates, you will receive periodic announcements on new classes and special events. Just click on the Join Our Mailing List box and enter your email address and name.

We strive to offer quality programs at affordable prices. Our facility is newly renovated. We have a well-lit 60 car parking lot and lots of on-street parking in a great west Allentown neighborhood.

All that we offer, except for trips, is free if you are unable to pay, no questions asked. Unexpected expenses, medical bills, or a drop in income can cause a lot of worry. Don't let that affect whether or not you take a class.

Join one exercise class for free and see if it meets your needs. Most of us don't know much about yoga, tai chi, or Zumba until we try it. After class talk with your instructor and if it is a match with your fitness goals, sign up.

For all classes, full refunds are available at any time. If you can no longer attend a class, if you did not enjoy the class, the Center will refund your money. One hundred percent satisfaction is our goal.
